Institutional Structure of Mavelikkara Thekkekara Grama Panchayat
Mavelikkara Thekkekara Grama Panchayat is one of the local self-government institutions in Kerala. Its institutional structure consists of various components working together to ensure democratic governance, public participation, and effective implementation of development activities.
1. Gram Sabha
The Gram Sabha is the fundamental democratic unit of the Panchayat. It comprises all registered voters within each ward of the Panchayat.

4. Vice President
The Vice President performs the duties of the President in their absence.

5. Standing Committees

- Supervise Panchayat employees.
7. Panchayat Office
The Panchayat Office is responsible for carrying out the daily administrative functions of the Panchayat.
